General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the sale of products via the website: https://castejon-music-editions.com valid from 01 October 2023.

1. general

All purchases are accepted and executed exclusively on the terms and conditions of the seller: Philippe Castejon, Castejon Music Editions, Mauenheimer Str. 48, D-50733 Cologne (hereinafter SELLER). Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be valid. By purchasing products on the website: https://castejon-music-editions.com, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

2. offers and prices

The availability of the items offered is not guaranteed. Offers and prices are always subject to change. The prices shown in the respective shopping cart apply.

The SELLER is exempt from turnover tax according to § 19 UStG. No statutory value-added tax is included in the product prices or in the invoice total. Value added tax is neither charged nor shown.

3. payments

Payment for a completed order is either made in advance or via the payment service provider "Stripe" at the end of the ordering process. In the event of payment via the payment service provider "Stripe" - this includes all payment options with the exception of payment in advance - the general terms and conditions of the payment service provider shall also apply: https://stripe.com/de/legal/consumer### 4. shipping / delivery Shipping charges are flat rates and are calculated according to the order value, the weight of the shipment and the destination country of the respective order. The exact shipping costs will only be displayed in the shopping basket once the delivery address for the respective order has been confirmed. The ordered goods will be dispatched within 7 days after payment by the customer, either via the payment service provider Stripe (at the end of the order process) or by prepayment, has been initiated and verifiably completed.

5. right of withdrawal / cancellation policy

6. other provisions / severability clause

Should individual provisions of the contract with the customer, including these GTC, be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The wholly or partially invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision which comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision in a legally permissible manner. The same applies to the filling of any contractual gaps. The provisions of German law shall apply exclusively. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for fully qualified merchants, for persons who do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany, as well as for persons who have moved their place of residence or habitual abode abroad after conclusion of the contract or whose place of residence or habitual abode is not known at the time the action is brought, is the Vendors registered office in Cologne.
